Funding (Deposits & Withdrawals)
Deposit and withdrawal troubleshooting
Last updated September 13, 2026
Most funding problems come down to timing or a name mismatch. Work through the checks below before contacting support — and if you still need us, the details you gather here are exactly what we will ask for.
My deposit has not appeared
- Check the expected timeframe. Most deposits are instant, but bank transfers take 1–3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
- Check the amount. A deposit below the method's minimum may be rejected by the provider.
- Check the sending account. The payment must come from an account or wallet in your own name.
- For crypto, confirm the transaction has enough network confirmations and that you used the correct coin and network.
My withdrawal is late
Compare the elapsed time against the published processing times: bank transfer 1–3 business days, cards 3–5 business days, crypto and e-wallets usually within 24 hours. If the request is past that window, contact support to verify and follow up the transaction.
My withdrawal was rejected
The most common reasons are:
- The destination account is not in your name — this is never permitted
- The destination method is not yet verified
- You attempted to change the withdrawal method for something other than profits
- Insufficient free margin, because open positions are using it
Cancelling a request
A withdrawal can be cancelled while it is still unprocessed. Once processing has started it can no longer be recalled.
