How to withdraw funds

Withdrawals can be made by bank transfer, bank card, e-wallet or cryptocurrency. Full details are at caveofx.com/deposits-withdrawals.

The account must be in your name
Withdrawals to a bank account belonging to anyone other than you are not permitted. The destination account must be in the client's own name and verified.
Changing your withdrawal method
The withdrawal method can be changed for profits only, and the new method must be in your name and verified.
Fees
Caveo FX does not charge a withdrawal fee for card or e-wallet withdrawals. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may incur network fees, which are set by the blockchain and not by us.
Limits
Caveo FX does not impose a maximum withdrawal amount. Some payment methods apply their own daily limits, set by the service provider.
Cancelling a request
A withdrawal request can be cancelled as long as it has not yet been processed.
Confirmation
You receive a notification by email and in your dashboard once the withdrawal is completed.
If a withdrawal is late
If funds have not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact support so we can verify and follow up the transaction. Have the transaction reference and the date of the request ready.
