Spreads
Spreads are variable and start from 0.5 pips on major currency pairs. Variable means the spread moves with market conditions: it is tightest in liquid sessions and widens around major news releases and at low-liquidity times such as the daily rollover.

Trading hours
The forex market is open 24 hours a day, 5 days a week. Other instruments follow the hours of their underlying exchange — check the instrument specification in MetaTrader 5 before you plan around a session.
